General Information

Please join us at St Andrew for dinner and live auction activities and participate in online bidding
for silent auction items, sign-up events, and raffle tickets.

If you cannot attend the auction in person, you can still participate in the online bidding from
home using your computer or tablet.

This year again we will use electronic bidding, using your cell phone or other device. This is the
case for both those attending in-person and bidding online, except that the oral auction will use
bid cards. 

IF ATTENDING IN PERSON

• Click ADMISSIONS/ADMISIONES at the top of the page to purchase tickets.
• Tickets (includes dinner, appetizers, wine, etc.) $45 for early purchases (before September 30 2025); $52 after that. Registration closes October 10 at midnight.
• On October 18, doors open at 5:00 (in the community center behind 806 NE Alberta St.)
• Appetizers and open bar - 5:00-6:30
• Silent auction closes, dinner is served, and live auction begins - 6:30

IF NOT ATTENDING BUT BIDDING ONLINE

• Online registration/bidding is free but requires an account on the bidding site.
• Register on the bidding site HERE. Click Get Started (detailed instructions here )

THINGS TO DO BEFORE THE EVENT

• Buy admission tickets to dinner, as well as raffle tickets now (click top of page or on the bidding site)
• Participate in the Silent Auction and Wall of Wine starting Friday, October 10, at 8 AM
• Participate in the Sign-Up auction. There will be two openings for Signup Events. The first Wednesday, Oct 15th at 7 PM and the second Friday, Oct 17th at 7 PM.
• Donate to Fund-The-Need (Click top of page or on the bidding site)
• Donate to the Wall-of-Wine (Click top of page)

INFORMACIÓN GENERAL
Acompáñenos en la cena y subasta de San Andrés y participe, también, en las ofertas en línea, eventos o boletos de las rifas.

Si no puede asistir en persona a la subasta, puede participar en las ofertas en línea, desde su casa usando su computadora o tableta.

Podrán usar su celular u otro dispositivo para ofertar. Esto aplicará para los que asistan en persona y para los que participen en línea, a excepción de la subasta oral que utilizara las pancartas para ofertar.

El  18 de octubre las puertas abren a las 5:00 pm 

Aperitivos y barra abren de 5:00-6:30

Se cierra la subasta silenciosa, se sirve la cena e inicia la subasta en vivo - 6:30

Tickets (incluye cena, aperitivos, vino, etc) $45 antes de 30 septiembre; $52 despues. No puede registrar despues de 10 octubre a la medianoche.

COSAS QUE HACER ANTES DEL EVENTO

Empezar a comprar admisiones de cena y boletos para las rifas

Participa en la Subasta Silenciosa y la Pared de Vinos empezando el viernes 10 de octubre a partir de las 8 AM

Participa en los “Sign-Ups”. Unos empezando el 15 de octubre a partir de las 7:30 PM, y otros empezando el 17 do octubre a partir de las 7:30 PM.

Haz una donación al Fund-The-Need (dale click arriba, en esta página o en el sitio de la subasta)

Haz una donación para la Pared-de-Vino, donando un vino de valor de $20 en adelante
