General Information

This year's auction is both in-person and online. Please join us at St Andrew for dinner and live auction activities; but if you cannot attend in person, you can still watch the action and bid on items like last year using your computer or tablet.

This year all bidding will be electronic, using your cell phone or other device. This is the case for both those attending in-person and online, to allow everyone to bid on items in the same way. To bid and purchase you will need to set up an online bidding account (or re-activate your account from last year). Click the "Get Started!"  button at the top of this page.

IF ATTENDING IN PERSON

  • On October 22, doors open at 5:30
  • Appetizers and open bar - 5:30-6:30
  • Silent auction closes, dinner is served and live auction begins - 6:30
  • Tickets (includes dinner, appetizers, wine, etc.) $35

IF ATTENDING ONLINE

  • On October 22, online pre-show - 6:00
  • Silent auction closes, live auction begins - 6:30
  • Online registration/participation is free
  • Order food or wine to go (pick up at St. Andrew), dinner $15, wine $15. Last chance to order dinner - Wednesday October 19th
  • Create your YouTube channel (their word for account). You'll be able to play Heads or Tails in the chat! Here is a tutorial for how to do that.

THINGS TO DO BEFORE THE EVENT

  • Create/activate your online bidding account. For details on how to do this, click "How To Register" in the top menu.
  • If attending in person, purchase your dinner (Last chance will be Wednesday October 19th)
  • Whether attending in person or online, you can pre-purchase raffle tickets, select your meal choice, and donate to Fund-The-Need.

INFORMACIÓN GENERAL

Este año la subasta se hará en persona y en línea. Acompáñenos en San Andrés para la cena y la subasta en vivo; pero si no puede asistir en persona, puede participar en línea utilizando su computadora o tableta como el año pasado. 
Este año todas las ofertas serán electrónicas, usando el celular u otro dispositivo. Esto será para  los que asistan en persona y en línea, para permitir que todos hagan ofertas de la misma manera. Para poder hacer esto, necesita crear una cuenta en línea para la subasta (o reactivar la cuenta del año pasado). Haga click en el botón “¡Empieza!” al inicio de esta página. 
 
SI ASISTE EN PERSONA
El  22 de octubre las puertas abren a las 5:30 pm 
Aperitivos y barra abren de 5:30-6:30
Se cierra la subasta silenciosa, se sirve la cena e inicia la subasta - 6:30
Tickets (incluye cena, aperitivos, vino, etc) $35

Octubre 22, pre-show 6:00

Registración/participación en línea es gratis
Ordene comida y vino para llevar (en San Andrés) vino $15, cena $15


COSAS QUE HACER ANTES DEL EVENTO
Crear/activar su cuenta en línea. Para detalles de como hacer esto, dele click a “Como registrarse” en el menu al inicio de esta página.
Si asiste en persona, compre sus boletos para la cena.
Si participa en linea o en persona, puede comprar boletos para rifas, cenas o fiestas en grupo o donar para Fund-The-Need (Reto de Recaudación)
